Business casual is not a trend I’ve gone for, but it may be the best one to start with. I’ve had a few of the big name companies ask me to wear something a bit different. I’d say that I’m more of a “go with the flow” kind of person, so after a week of wearing a “business casual” jacket, my mind is already pretty set in that direction.
Ive worn my jacket every day while I was in Seattle, and I have a few ideas of what I may change if I decide to head back. As it turns out, some of the jackets Ive been wearing are actually quite nice. I just need to pick up a few more jackets and see what I can come up with.

The key for business casual jackets is having a solid color that matches the jacket. For this reason, you should try to find a jacket with a solid color that will work well with the rest of your wardrobe, as well as with the clothes you will be wearing for the game. And that’s really the point, isn’t it? We wear our clothes to look ridiculous, so that when we wear them to places, we feel silly. And we don’t want to feel silly in our clothes. That’s why dressing business casual is such an important step in the process of getting yourself ready to be in your business life. It’s something you should do and should expect to do.
I got to try on the khakis today, and they were a bit too tight in the waist, but overall they look great. The only point I’ve already run out of is the tie. I’ll probably wear it to the office.
