Albuquerque has a very vibrant entrepreneurial culture that extends to a variety of industries, and the city has been a great place to start and sustain a career. Albuquerque, NM is one of those cities, I guess, that has a great economy, but is also very much in the process of a renaissance. A lot of money and resources are being poured into revitalizing the city. We saw that with the new mall, the light rail extension, the new Convention Center and many other buildings. Most of these things are coming online in the next several months or so.
Albuquerque has always been a center for technology companies, both large and small. In fact, it has the second highest concentration of technology companies of any city in the country. The city has also gotten a lot of attention for its technology industry. It has a lot of companies that are building new office space in the suburbs, looking to expand their operations into the city. One of the largest is an engineering and consulting firm called the Alum Communications Group.
That’s a pretty big company. Why? Because they are in the engineering and consulting business. They are building something that they believe could be the future of office space in the city. It’s called the Alum Communications Group and it’s the first company to ever purchase the real estate in the city for office space. Apparently, they are the only company that does this.
Alum Communications Group is the company that has made Albuquerque the first new metro office district in America. It is also the largest office landlord in the state of New Mexico. Its a building where they are building a huge office building that will be the biggest in the entire country. Its located near the site of the Albuquerque Convention Center. Its a couple of hours away from downtown.

In a few weeks the Albuquerque office district will be torn down. New construction is going up and if the price is right, it will be the largest office building in the United States. That fact is pretty sad, I know. The area is already pretty dead. I mean there are some office buildings left, but its still just an empty lot.

I think the developer wants to keep the office building and its surrounding area free for the public. I know it’s sad that the office building is on the way down, but it’s the least of the developer’s worries. The city of Albuquerque is looking to demolish their office building in the future and the developer is willing to help out. This isn’t really a business for sale, it’s just a building that is going to get torn down.
