Its a couple of hours away from downtown.

That fact is pretty sad, I know. The area is already pretty dead. I mean there are some office buildings left, but its still just an empty lot.

I think the developer wants to keep the office building and its surrounding area free for the public. I know it’s sad that the office building is on the way down, but it’s the least of the developer’s worries.
