If you are like me, you probably have a business process that you are doing a lot of. I work with people in sales, and we have a lot of them. But there were two of them I was especially proud of. I guess that’s what happens when you’re trying to impress everyone else, but it’s also what happens when you’re trying to impress the people who helped you the most. I’m sure that if I were to talk about business process analysis, I would get a lot of laughs and maybe even a few tears. Because what it is, is a way to figure out where your customers are coming from.

Business process analysis involves a lot of stuff. It’s not really an exact science, but its certainly an art form unto itself. What the business process analyst does is really help you develop a set of steps to follow that will yield the best results in a given situation. If you take the right steps with the right people, you’ll be able to make an informed decision about your business and the way you are doing things.

For example, you may be making a decision to buy a certain product and you want to know how the process of making that decision is going to work out. The business process analyst would be able to help you with that.
