I love crains chicago business. I like the way it makes me think of my Chicago roots. I also like that it is a place where I can get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I love the fact that I am able to still have my day job and still have a creative outlet. I also like the fact that I am able to still have a life outside of the city.

The real deal: This is an open letter to people out there who have no idea what I’m talking about. If you are thinking about quitting your job, just think about this: If you have no other choice, but to go through what I have described above, then you are on the right track. If you are a person who was able to find a new job through a referral or a recommendation, then you had to earn that job.

I am not going to lie to you. This is a business. So if you can find a new job through a referral or a recommendation, you had to earn that job. It’s just what it is.

That is the best way to sum up the entire idea of “referrals” because referrals can be found in any business you are in. You just have to look for them.

You don’t have to be a billionaire to find referrals. You can take a few minutes to look at your competitors or ask for a referral. In fact, I recently wrote a guide to finding referrals.
