This season, I decided to start a new business. It was a spur of the moment decision and I was glad I did. I had a goal to launch a seasonal business that would bring in a bit more money than I was making from my summer job.

The same principle applies in every store, why wouldn’t you fix things on the first day you open? This is a good lesson for everyone who is new to your store. We all know what a crappy customer experience it can be, especially if you have the potential to sell your products or services to the customer. If you have a bad experience, you should get rid of them immediately.
If you’re in a store, and a customer complains about the way something is working, how likely is it that you have a solution? If you do then you should do something about it. If you don’t then you should fix the problem right away. It’s your customer’s information. Fix it.
