This is a bit of a common question among our Facebook friends. Most of them ask me, “what is your business?” This question is slightly harder to answer because it is a bit more subjective. There are many ways we can answer that question, but here are a few that I have found helpful.
The first thing I’d say is that it is true that you can be your own business and operate as you wish. The best way to do this is to have a business plan. This means outlining all of your business services, what you expect from them, and what they are going to do for you. It also means having a financial plan. Having a plan that shows you how your money can be used to help you grow your business is critical.

The other reason why a business plan is so important is because business owners need to have a budget. So, for example, if you have an online store, your plan is to have a budget for the products you sell. The budget will help you determine how much you will sell, how many products you you can sell, and how much you need to make each month to cover your expenses.
The point here is to have a plan. A business plan is a document that outlines how you are going to run your business and who your key team members are. It is also a list of all the expenses that you are going to pay.

Google allows you to include your business and you business name in a link. A nice SEO feature. But it’s a bit of a hack because you have to include both the business name and the business logo in the link. Of course, this is a lot easier if you have a good logo and use a font that is consistent in size.
Google is not going to let you add your own logo (or even your company name) into a link automatically, so you will need to add it yourself. There are two ways to do this, either by going through the Google webmaster’s tools, or by editing the link. Here are some of the more popular ones: a link to a website containing your logo in the URL, or a link in the meta description.
In the webmaster tools, go to your domain name and click the gear icon next to the domain name. Then click the settings tool. You should see a page that says what kind of URL you are linking to. Click the check box next to images. Then click the next set of buttons that say “Add a link to this site” and “Add a link to this site’s logo.
Google doesn’t like URLs that contain an image, so you should check the image box next to the domain name. You should also make sure you are not linking to a website that contains a logo. If you choose for a website with a logo in the URL, the meta description should say “Google My Business” as the title, as well as the URL.
