We have not done anything to reduce the costs or the risks of our business. We have spent the last couple of years perfecting our business model and our customer service approach. We have perfected our processes so that our customers are very happy to come to us and not to a competitor.

We believe in our products, and we believe in them, so we believe in our business model, and we believe in our customer. We believe in our people. We know our customers love what we have and we love what they have. We are a profitable business. And a profitable business is a profitable business.
