ny business express
The best business express in the city is in the middle of nowhere. It has two elevators, no baggage, and no parking. You can drive the entire mile to the airport and back without spending a single nickel, and there are a few restaurants, a coffee shop, and a bookstore. The best part is that there is a very good chance that you won’t even know where you are.
Now before you click away to somewhere else like I did, ask yourself if that’s really a deal you want to make? I have done this before and it makes me cringe. You have to consider not only how hard it will be to find the business express, but how long it takes to get to the airport. If you are flying, plan on a couple hours. If you are on a bus, plan on taking all the time you can get.
As it turns out, the business is in the same town as your apartment building. So you need to get to your apt. (which is in the same building as the business) in time. You can get a taxi, but it’s going to be a long way around. You can also use public transportation. It’s a pretty long walk to the airport, but it will be quicker than driving. You can also use a different business or store.
A few years back I was flying to Florida and I was surprised at how slow the taxi was. A couple times I called and asked to be dropped off at a different place, but I realized that while I was on the plane I was probably the last person they would pick up. And if they got to me, they wouldn’t have the time to get themselves out of the line of fire.
I’m not sure what that says about me, but I’m not buying it. This is one of those situations where I’m not sure if it has to do with me or my business. I live in central Florida, and my flight is booked for the next month. As it is, I have about an hour and a half to check out of my hotel, get my luggage, and check in.
Since you’re not going to get to the airport until later tonight, you’ll likely be going straight from the hotel to the airport. If you do arrive at the airport at this hour, you have about a minute and a half to check in, so you are good to go. If you’re not, well, you have to get yourself prepared. You’ll have to buy a ticket.
Your flight is booked to arrive at around 8 pm local time, so youll likely get there at around 9 pm. But before you leave your hotel room, you can get the most comfortable seat possible for your flight (which is usually in the middle) and a hotel-supplied luggage cart (we all have them). Youll also need to book a room with a decent rate.
Now the only thing you have to be prepared for is the actual flight. If you are one of those people who prefers to fly like a bird, you can either change your mind and change your flight, or you can change your mind and don’t change your flight at all. Unless youre taking a flight that is going to have you in the air at around 10 p.m. EST. But you can definitely do both.
There are a few things you will need to pack. So the first thing you’ll want is your camera. You’ll need a point and shoot, a tripod, and a decent mirror, because it can be hard to capture the best shots when your camera is in front of your face. The best mirror I think is one that can be attached to the camera and focus on the subject, but you can also buy a camera body that can do this.
