Because the only way to find out if you want to work for the company is by doing the work, you have to put in the work.

It’s hard to know when you’ve done enough to be considered a good employee, especially if people are generally negative about your work. If you need to work harder to get hired, you need to work harder. This is especially true for small businesses, which are often very casual in their work hours and leave little time to make things stick.

You don’t have to do a lot of work to know what to do. The only job you have to do is work for the company.

To be a good employee is to do what the company needs you to do. This is a good company if you can get some free beer when you are at work, or get a free lunch to work for free. This is a bad company if you have to work for anything other than a company.
